Q1: What payment options do I have?

Q2: I wear a 46R jacket, and 36” waist pants. I looked at your store, and noticed all your 46R jackets come with 40” pants waist. Can I have 46R jacket with 36” waist pants?
A: No, currently we could not sell jacket pants separate. All the suits in this store come with fixed jacket and pants . Sizes from 36 to 42 with 6” drop (e.g. jacket 42, pants waist 36”); Sizes 48 to 54 comes with 5” drop (e.g. jacket 48, pants 43”);
In Some special cases we might be able to switch the pants. Call us.
Q3: Can I return the suit I purchased if I am not satisfied with it and how to do it?
A: Yes. The suit must be in its original condition with tags attached. You must notify the seller at info@italsuit.com and return the suit within 7 days after you receive the suit. When you return, please include the original packing slip and include a note that you would like to return or exchange it, and return to our company address in the item description page of the listing. Refund will be made within 7 business days after returned item is received. The Seller is not responsible for any missing or damaged package so we suggest you would use a method that would provide tracking and insurance options (e.g. USPS priority or UPS ground). Q4: Can I exchange for a different size or item if it’s not fit or if I do not like it, and how to do it?
A: Yes. As described in the return policy above, the suit must be in its original condition with tags attached + $15 check under italsuit or credit card on the phone by your aouthorization will be charged $15.00. You must notify the seller and return the suit within 7 days after you receive the suit. When you return the package, please include the original packing slip and include a note that you would like to exchange for a different size or item, and return to our company address in the item description page of the listing. Exchange will be made within 7 business days after returned item is received. Again, the Seller is not responsible for any missing or damaged package so we suggest you would use a method that would provide tracking and insurance options (e.g. USPS priority or UPS ground). As a common practice, the Buyer will pay his own shipping charge to send the item back to the Seller; the Seller will send the replacement at the Seller’s expense by UPS ground.

Q5: What Is Your Shipping Policy?
A: We do not believe in stuffing expensive garments into mail bags and sending them out with a stamp. We believe our items are expensive, high quality garments and deserve to be treated well and shipped with care. We use new boxes every item an order is placed in new 2mil thick ziplock plastic bags to protect it during it's journey. We send most of our items out by UPS with tracking. If shipping to a PO box USPS will be used . You can expect to receive your package within 2-7 business days, but it ultimately depends on the time and day of your payment and on the service of UPS you select. .All payments must be received before items can be shipped. All items listed are in stock and will be shipped the same day. We normally ship packages out every weekday morning after 12 noon so often your purchase will ship within 12 hours or less! If you need your package sent out any quicker. Please email us to let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Special request must be made by email or phone , be very specific and will require a verification from us that we agree. Please do not make any assumptions about our service we will always respond kindly to all emails and requests.
Q6: WHAT IS YOUR  Money Back Guarantee?
A: we want your online shopping experience to be RISK FREE. With our hassle-free return policy, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply ship the item back to us in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 7 days for a refund, less shipping costs and 25% restocking fee. Q7: Do you ship International?
Do you ship to APO or FPO address ?
How much is the shipping and handling and how long does it take for me to receive my order?
A: yes we do ship International. And we ship to APO and FPO addresses.
The shipping and handling charges are as below:
$69.00 for the 1st item and additional $39.00 for each item after that. that means:
1 item: $69.00
2 items: $69.00 + $39.00 = $108.00
3 items: $69.00 + $39.00 + $39.00 = $147.00
4 items: $69.00 + $39.00 + $39.00 + $39.00 = $186.00
Usually we ship same day you place you order, and it takes about 10-14 days for you to receive your package.
Please note that the Custom Duty and taxes in not included your purchase with us, and we have no control of that. Custom Duty and Taxes are something you have to pay or handle at your end.
Please note that for International orders, your billing address and shipping address should be the same, and you don't have a choice to choose a different shipping address.
Q8 : What brand are your suits? Who makes them?
A: We make our own suits. All the suits you see in our website are designed and manufactured exclusively by us. We use a few different labels.
Albertocelini for our Fashion Zoot Suits.
Tessori Uomo Super 150'S for our high quality Basic and Consevative Traditional Suits
Jean Paul for mostly Super 120'S Suit.
Q9: What if I see same brand suits in other websites and sometimes even for lesser price?
A: Very good question. As we design and manufacture our own suits, we have the advantage of wholeselling them to other stores. So this could be the only reason you may see same brand name suits in other websites. If you see exact same suit in style and fabric in other websites, the price for sure is the same. These prices are suggested retail prices and generated by us, and should be the same everywhere. If you see some lesser price suits, don't be surprised. It could be some reason why they sell them for cheaper price. Following could be a few reasons:
1. Copy of our suits which is not authentic. Don't get fooled, they are fake. It's not manufactured by us and it is not original. Please let us know if you encounter such.
2. Suits are actually manufactured by us, but has not passed our quality control exams. That menas the suits are not in our highest level quality. They could be defective or damaged.
3.  Suita are actually manufactured by us, but they are our old styles and designs.
Q10: Why are your prices too low? Are they good quality?
A10: We are direct manufacturer of all the suits listed in our website. This case there is no middle man. In addition the main reason that our prices are low is because we don't have retail stores with high rents, expenses and employees costs. This case we try to keep our prices low instead of adding to the value of the suit to cover those expenses and let you save. Remember when you buy a brand name suit and pay high price for it, it does not mean that you are buying a better quality suit. You are just paying more money for the name, not for the quality. Mostly all the suits with any brand name will cost the same with a few dollars lower or higher. But depending on the suit brand and the company expenses, the prices of the suits are different. You can imagin why a garment that is brand name, it's too expensive. It's because the company has to spend a lot of money advertising that brand by opening stores all over the world with high rents and expenses, putting add in magazines and billboards and etc...
How do you think they will cover those expenses? Very simple. Add to the retail value.
For example if the suit worths $200.00, they have to sell if for $600.00 so they cover their expenses.
We don't have those expenses.
