Any item purchased from italsuit.com that fails to live up to your satisfaction may be returned within 15 days after you receive the item for exchange or full refund, providing that the garment has not been tailored and/or worn, with the original tags attached to the item(s). Please let us know and we will provide you shipping label to send the item back.

Note : You have to send the item back yourself for below cases : (we will not provide return label)

1. items purchased on sale. Specially from the blow out sale category.

2. items purchased with coupon codes with special discounts.

3. We have sent you you the right item, but for some reason you changed your mind and you want to exchange it with something else.

4. All international order.

You pay for the shipping to send the item / items back , and we pay for the shipping to send you the exchange.
